For more than 7 years, Karan has been honing his skills of filmmaking with a vision to be able to tell stories on the big screen. While pursuing masters in Mass Communication from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Karan began his small stints as writer and assistant director for short films, corporate films and a feature film. In 2017, he founded Dream Vox Studios with Rajeet Shah.
Karan's portfolio includes directing, writing a lot of reputed projects over a span of 5 years with the Studios. With having well acclaimed films like Spam starring Pratik Gandhi, Bhamini Oza Gandhi, he aspires to make more short films and feature films in the next few years.
When Rajeet looks into the aperture straight down the lens, the emphasis is always on 'why'. From enticing food imagery to innate human emotions, his curiosity is always aesthetic. A true connoisseur of visual art and camera techniques, in a search of an avant-garde style of filming for the generations to come.
Maintaining his finance background at the forefront, played an informed role in managing costs in all the projects and business decisions of Dream Vox Studios. An avid marathon runner, he knows that only a well- motivated team can help to keep the pace until the end. As a founding member with Karan Bhatt the company fosters a personal commitment towards a sustainable creativity, diversity, versatility and capability building.
